You are welcome here. If you are in a place of need, feeling worn out on your own or in relationship, you need a place to slow things down and understand your deep experiences and desires.
To be seen, to rest, and heal.
I work with couples and individuals on the pathway to healing. I welcome conflict or challenge, and appreciate the energy that couples and strong individuals bring to the therapy room. If you are ready to unpack relationship issues, including conflict around parenting, sex, work-life-balance, spiritual concerns or experiences, I am ready to support and be a guide in your journey.
